Time is an elusive concept.

I think the DS had an article where scientist were trying to prove that time seems to go faster on a return vacation trip, as opposed to arriving at one's destination or vica versa.

For someone who has lived to be older, time seems to go much faster as it becomes more precious. My mom who live into her 90's, said the day went fast and I noticed she had nothing to do, all day, Obliviously, I was wrong!!!

Time is like a roll of toilet paper, the closer to the end, the faster it goes.

One should always be thankful when another person does something for them, as it is the right thing to do.

Time is nature's way of keeping everything from happening at once.

What about those people who lament that they were born in the wrong time. such as I belong in the 18th century or the 2200? what about those romantic vignettes of passing ships in the night such as I am 30 years too early or too late in meeting you? Its a common theme in movies. Remember Mel Gibson's movie "Forever Young"?

I tell my wife that God prearranged our relationship before we were even born. It was our destiny and it was our time. How else can one explain why two people freely agree to remain together their entire lives? I can think back to every moment when I made a decision at a cross road of my life that changed my life meaning changed how I would spend my time.

Time has been good to me, perhaps better than I deserve?

Time can't be separated from space so the correct term is space time.
.............

Time for this, time for that, the only assurance we have is now. So now I say, I really enjoy the people I'm The Villages!

Mudder,

I too have crossed the 75 line and in a few months will be one year closer to 80. I face one problem, my brain keeps screaming 40, 40, 40. My brain is trying to outfox my body, but I'll continue to side with those brain cells that make me think and sometimes feel like I'm still 40. Still thinking like a kid. My mother would chastise me.

Time flies like an arrow. Fruit flies like a banana.
