But yoga does work - mine have gone away, at least until I sprained my knee (again). Only other time I had leg cramps regularly was when I was in my 20s and pregnant. Am definitely not pregnant, so I guess that leaves the other.

Have any of the rest of you noticed that every time you mention some bodily complaint at your yearly physical, or whenever, your doctor just sort of nods and says something along the lines of, well, it's to be expected at your age. The first few times I was rather taken aback - I had expected them to just fix it! Now I get thrilled if it make it a couple of years beyond when my contemporaries are complaining. You never think it will happen to you, but I guess it beats the alternative.

I always check the reviews on hotels from this website before booking. They are written by real people, not someone trying to hype a place.

Default fantasic web sites

You Really Have To Pay Attention!!!

Read the instructions below, before you start (unless you can read Japanese!).
This will drive you nuts.

In English, the instructions are as follows:

1. Touch 'start'
2. Wait for the 3, 2, 1.
3. See & Memorize each viewed number's position on the screen, and then
click (from memory) each blank circle from the lowest number to the highest
number.
4. At the end of game, the computer will tell you the age of your brain.
5. Forward the message and type your calculated age in the subject line.

Good luck!

Nitewhawk:

I played it twice just to verify that I was doing it correctly. I didn't believe the first age that came up - 37.

The second time age = 34.

Real age is 65. Nice to know that one still has the mental acuity of a younger man.

Didn't see where to forward it but found this site to be very interesting.

I use this site when I have friends or family arriving by plane. Let's me know when they left, where they are and when they've landed.

Actual age 51. First try 52, then 33, then 37.
