I was a sales rep and it has been my experience that sales people and particularly sales managers inflate figures so as to look successful or look as if they are representing a successful enterprise.

From what I was gleaning, it did NOT seem like there were hundreds of sales a week.

I am falling in love with the Villages because it just seems like it is a UTOPIA of pleasant, articulate, interesting, funny people with so much KINDNESS. The heck with the houses. I can decorate anything. ...I think. The light fixture over the dining room table is OUT. So might be the dining room. I have done my share of formal entertaining. How about Nachos in the Lanai, future buddies?
