I don't know how true that is these days as it was a few years ago. I'm seeing a lot of commercial development taking much longer than in the past to be completed. I'm wondering if it's lack of equipment or lack of employees.

Houses seem to be going up but omni buildings and other retail establishments seem to get started and slow to a standstill for several weeks.
