We are so VERY blessed!! No debt of any kind, a beautiful home in the Village of Silver Lake, and we get to have fun redecorating with new carpet, new kitchen appliances, spiffy up the master bath -- for what more could anyone ask!! All we have to do is get our home in Texas sold and we will be on our way to our forever home to become frogs!!

Default Joke

All this ugly talk reminds me of a Rodney Dangerfield who went to a psychiatrists and after being examined, he asked the doctor what he thought.

The psychiatrists replied, "YOUR CRAZY".

Rodney said he wanted another opinion. The psycharitrists replied, "AND YOUR UGLY TOO".

I was listening to a professor of psychology on the radio today and she said something to the effect that you wouldn't know what happiness is unless you have experienced sadness. She has written a book: "The Myths Of Happiness".

You can't be happy all the time, it just dosen't work that way.

My wonderful brother inlaw passed away back in October. He was 56. I was with him and my best friend, my sister who I love dearly. So so sad. My sister and her husband were a carbon copy of each other...so deeply in love (35 years). We all are heartbroken after losing him. But we can now talk about him now and laugh and just think how lucky we are to have known him!

Does that mean 24 hours per day? What was your mood when you heard or read about the Newtown massacre? And what was your mood as the news kept coming each day for several days? Did you feel sad?
