You have no idea how much this site and the wonderful people on it has affected our life. We were working, day to day, thinking that someday we would retire and then live out our lives (hopefully) peacefully, until we slowly faded away (this does happen to many, many people). Now, thanks to all of you and the things you have shared and taught us, we are excited to start this new phase of our lives, with new friends, fun and a whole new sense of adventure. As much as I would like to be there immediately, there is something to be said about this time of anticipation and learning. Thank you to all of you (even the folks I sometimes disagree with!) Have a wonderful, fun Christmas and Happy New Year!! (Do you think it would be possible to have a TOTV New Year's Eve party next year??? Wouldn't that be cool??)

As many have posted TOTV has brought us friends and valuable information.

I remember signing on last December and trying to figure out how to fly this site!

Wow found we had so many pilots! We appreciate all that have made Ruth and I feel like were now just heading out to see friends not move to a strange neighborhood.

Gracie ,Ruth is very shy I had to drag here to your home and you made her feel so welcome. She came away saying" I can do this retirement thing! "

Merry Christmas All! As Trish stated the anticipation makes the wait worth while.
