I wish I could as I am still working. but thanks for the thought.

I remember the storm of 78. I believe it snowed 16 inches on Tuesday and after digging out of that, we got another 17 inches on Thursday.

A co-worker of mine didn't come to work for a week. When asked why, he said I live in Brooklyn and everytime I dug out , they plowed me in. He must have had rights to selling the Brooklyn Bridge.

His last name was "missick". He then known became known as "missing in action".

For all of you in the New England area, we are thinking about you. Our daughter and her husband live in Medford, MA and we are worried about them. Both were born and raised in Alabama and aren't use to all that snow.

Suppose to start around midnight in CT so I guess it would be best to stock up on food needed and hunker down. I personally will not leave the house to go anywhere for any reason.

I feel you pain as they are suppose to get 3 feet of snow.

Looking at 24" where I am at. That's the bad news, the good news is that it is much colder here than at the coast, so it will be light and fluffy to remove. I just love how far I can get my snowblower to shoot the white stuff though the air.

My brother is leaving from NYC tomorrow morning to come to The Villages for a week. Sure hope he gets his flight out before the storm hits.

Use to love it when I was teaching school. Get a call and they would say the magic "Snow Day", no school today.
