I was afraid of this.

Default Unbelievable

I, too am in shock. I had no idea he was having difficulties. He was so funny and such a great talent. He will be greatly missed. I so wish he could have gotten help and avoided this tragedy.

Very saddened by Robin Williams' passing. What a talented man who could do both comedy and drama with great skill. He will be missed.

This is sad news.

There was always an element to his comedy that troubled me because it seemed to come from a place of such neediness. Nothing could ever fulfill him, so he became more and more frenzied in response. It seemed like he relied on his bipolar disorder to fuel him. Truly, I hope he finally does rest in peace.

We saw him on stage in San Fran. Just him, a stool and a glass of water. We were exhausted afterwards from laughing so hard. His genius will surely be missed.

Beyond Genius, compassion, or he could NOT have touched us so much and made us laugh so hard and now hurt for his loss.

To cheer up I just watched his monologue on golf on YouTube.
