Did anyone see the interview with the King Abdullah of Jordan on 60 minutes. He has allowed over 1.4 Syrian refugees in his country which is 20% of the population of Jordan. Seems very "Christian" of him.

King Abdullah says Jordan successfully fended off Islamic State and secured its borders

According to Islam, Muslims living in another country do not have to obey the laws of that country unless they are Shariah laws.

Methinks that the UK made a huge blunder in allowing these courts. And not they are trying to get them set up here.
I don't know why any country would allow immigration to a person(s) who say they will not adhere to the laws of the country. I would just say go find another place to live where you feel you can obey the laws of that land. How did they ever allow that to come into being?

A true Muslim would observe the covenant of the Quaran

Question:

Should a Muslim obey the law in a non-Muslim country?

Answer:

In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful

A Muslim who lives in a non-Muslim country as a citizen or who enters a non-Muslim country with a visa is obligated to respect this covenant of security which necessitates obeying the law. This is because it is an obligation for a Muslim to fulfill his covenants and to behave truthfully.

Allah said:

يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا أَوْفُوا بِالْعُقُودِ

O you who believe, fulfill all contracts.

Surah Al-Ma’idah 5:1

No, but I respect their religion, but not the acts of some minority heretics which the King of Jordan has so wisely identified ISIS.

Specific enough?
And how any Jews or Christians agree that those lines are to be taken literally? How many Jews and Christians do you know that are advocating this today?

Even the most devout Jews and Christians recognize that some parts of the Bible are not to be taken literally. The radical Muslims believe in killing people that are not Muslims. They believe that Islam should rule the world. They believe that they should kill anyone that gets in their way. In spite of a few obscure Biblical verses, I don't know of any Jews or Christians that believe in any of that.

And before you bring up the Crusades, yes, people did a lot of bad things in the name of God. I don't know of very many who do those things now. Can't say the same for the radical Muslims.

I don't know enough about the Koran to determine which verses are meant to be followed literally and which are not, but these radicals that are attacking us and trying to take over the world believe that every word of it should be taken literally.

No comparison.

Default Again looking at the old testament -

Everything in the New Testament is meant for us today! I believe almost all true Christians try to live by the New Testament (:
