MIK,

I just heard your good news! Congratulations to you!

I am so happy for you too! Yes, the inspection has us a nervous wreck!

This house is ancient ,and I am convinced that its being eaten up by termites.

Oh, I hope Im wrong. I heard the inspection takes about 3 hours and Im going to be chewing my fingers down to nubs in that length of time.

Prayers going out your way Mik for a good inspection and appraisal.

Yay Mikart, that is such good news for you also. And you waited such a long, long time. You must be estatic. Good luck!

Oh Mikark. I am truly happy for you too.

Maybe something is turning around a bit in the housing market and we will be hearing good news from others who want to be here too!

Default Inspection

Nonie and Mik,
The inspection is always nerve wracking, but the way I look at it is they have to find something to justify their fee. It doesn't mean it's a deal breaker, it can be a point of negotiation, or they can just decide it's not that important. We had to fix a couple of things, but we already knew that.
I'm excited for both of you.
