That money should be going to people that have been put out of work and are in need!
It's called a stimulus check. The idea is that it not only helps those that need the extra help, but also stimulates the economy in being spent, whether by you or someone who can use the help.

All those posting on here how we & they don't need it and it should go to this one or that one. Remember that when you go out to eat, have a few cocktails, get your hair or nails done, they're the ones who've been out of work or at least some of them and will need the money!

I DEFINIETLY NEED IT! I'm truly glad you don't need it. My SS check isn't enough, so I've been using retirement. Now I hate to take it out since I've lost so much. Donate if you can. Stay safe.

Well, I’m not going to give my savings away I worked for for 48 years. I might need it.

There are millions of workers supporting their families who suffered a major loss of income, that where the funds should be directed. This is not a Christmas gift, and should not go to anyone whose financial situation did not change. It should not go to non-US citizens or those on public assistance either, unless we want to subsidize the cigarette/beer/lottery ticket industries.
So well stated...………………………..

If you’re living in villages IMO 98% don’t need it, look around you when you get out of the land of OZ. Plenty of hard working poor people just trying to survive.

Everybody has a work-life and family or health story prior to finding this place to finish the last 30 yards of life into the End Zone. Some lived Charmed Lives Some did not.

That being said lets turn the situation around. Virus hits, 2 Trillion Dollar Stimulation Package released and no money Zero, Zippety Do Da to Senior Citizens and Disabled People. You wouldn't be able to go to Publix without an Umbrella because of the Tears that would be a flowing! There is no way that anybody can win no matter what they do nowadays. So if you don't want the check burn it. If you don't like that cash it and spread it around. If you need it use it. It's coming sooner or later. If it doesn't make your day they have it make someone else's day. Stay healthy till this thing passes (Listen To Those Who Know) or it will be us that passes.

I have a plan for our gigantic Atlantic City Windfall. It's private cause those that profess they will spread it around are full of bull! The world can't even handle this without controversy!

I wonder how many Little White Crosses you can buy with 12 Benjamin's?
