Yes it has everything to do with the villages. TAL is the self appointed king of the villages with a goal of posting every single worthless thought that comes into his empty head. He also wants to be the number one poster, although not one of his posts is helpful.

Quite a bit in fact. What is in the Lake, Sumter, and Marion County public libraries which would help a survivor/victim of crime? This includes those who have not reported the crime(s) against them yet. So they have not had contact with the police. I am doing this 224 613 Project in every US state and other countries but have lived in the Villages since June 2005. I am trying to get people to check their home towns about what kind of materials these libraries have. Mental health support systems and information about these would also be important. I have tried to enlist celebrities, CEOs, politicians, professors, social workers, nurses, psychiatrists, teachers, and many many others over the 26 years I have been doing this using my four degrees to help me identify whom to get involve and also using the institutions I got these from for contacts.

I do have contact with the Lake and Sumter County libraries via Facebook as well as with numerous law schools and many celebrities. I even get private messages from movie stars which is quite cool. I am trying to do this work through many media.

Yes. It indicates whether or not new people I am trying to contact in many communities are looking at Talk of the Villages's Political Forum. I am doing this through e-mail, Facebook, phone messages, and snail mail. I mean trying to get people involved.

Thanks for asking though. I am sure many people wonder what I am doing.

A lot of this has to do putting the power back in local communities rather than in DC. Often a survivor/victim of crime would have to contact some organization in the DC area to find information about victim assistance in their local communities.

And some of these organization can be very territorial and have people with huge egos leading them. This is helping put checks-and-balances on people who have other interests than survivors/victims of crimes in mind.

I just Googled 224 613 project and it didn't come up with a single hit except for Tapatalk TOTV. Libraries are a good resource for people, so hopefully the librarians know how to help those in need. Thanks for explaining this to me. Tal.

I have been bugging librarians about the needs of survivors/victims of crimes since 1991. I have a MA in Librarianship from the U of Denver (1084) and a Law Degree from the U of MN (1989) and two BAs from the U of Nevada, Reno. I hope they are more aware. And Google does not cover the details in books, movies, ads, etc. where I have been trying to get help creatively by writing movie studios, movie stars, directors, film schools, popular writers, comedians, etc. As well as Wall Street, Madison Avenue, NFL Commissioners, news anchors, weather people, etc. That's what 224 613 is about. I have been trying to get Hollywood and elsewhere to put these numbers in movies, ads, TV shows, etc. They are showing up all over the place now after the trickle I got in the 1990s with more in the 2000s. And yet more in the 2010s!

I have had to think way outside the box often. I do write politicians too and many of these show up from time-to-time on my Facebook page. I kind of like some of the work Ivanka Trump has done on some issues.

The views are all Tals views. He does not understand that the views are NOT unique viewers. He is such a wackjob, he will repeat a lie over and over. Does not even understand the guest forum cannot be seen on Google, bing searches. It is just a waste of time, a validation of his worthless life. His library "project " has not evolved in 27 years, he does not even have a web page.

In my experience working or volunteering in libraries in CO, MN and FL victims/survivors of crimes do not come to a stranger on a reference desk for help dealing with what is usually a very traumatic experience. Those who have been accused do and I once had a stalker along with my them live-in girlfriend of a woman who was researching her defense against a math professor at the U of MN who she had harassed and stalked. She had chained herself to his desk. This went on for what seemed about nine months in 1989-1990. My girlfriend at the time who was also my roommate got the worst of it. She now helps people get access to the court system in a midwestern state through interpreters. She hires and manages them. Probably Spanish and Native American translators. Survivors/victims of crimes would also need materials in their familiar language if they are not literate in English.

I have some stalkers/harassers on Talk of the Villages as well. Just ignore these law breakers. There are laws against such harassment in Florida.

I was a pest for these starting in Reno, Nevada in 1989 and going up through the one in Indianapolis, Indiana in 1996. Decided it was a waste of money sending all those snail mail letters out after 1996 to people who were going to go to these conventions. Recording this. This was posted by my long term cyber harasser and stalker Allegiance. His behavior is against the law in Florida and he should be arrested and prosecuted to the full extent of the law. This is deliberate, long term and intentional and is meant to upset, annoy, stress out, and threaten me with being ridiculed by my parents and friends. It serves no purpose other than giving this creep a cheap thrill.
