I don't know where you got the idea that the majority of the military were black in Vietnam, but the fact is that although there were a lot, they only amounted to 12.6% of the military serving in Vietnam.

Where do I get the idea that Hillary disregards national security? She blatantly disregarded national security by exposing classified information to an unsecured, un-encrypted and open network. She either knew what she was doing because she was briefed and signed the Non-Disclosure agreement, or she is too stupid to know better and should not ever be considered for a position of responsibility.
