It doesn't make it a "hate crime" as the poster wanted to indicate. And at most, it is manslaughter, because wanting to bounce him around a bit is not the same as wanting to kill him. Besides, if he was indeed an informant, what would their motive be to kill him?

Kind of hard to pin a "hate crime" on a black driver that kills a black victim, any way you look at it.

When 1.6 billion Muslims are condemned for the actions of a few, where is the logic in that? Bigotry is alive and well in the Villages. Cheers! The problem is not Islam it is terrorism. But people who want to start a holy war don't seem to care.
