Ted Kennedy was not MY darling....far to liberal for me. He did drink to much and cat around quite a bit but unlike McCarthy he cleaned up his act years ago. So the operative word would be WAS.

This is just to funny.... I called McCarthy a mean drunk...which by all accounts he was. He was one of the biggest frauds of that time frame.
