Oh well, what are ya gunna do?
So now you're insulting my religion, and the priests who mentored me. Very nice.

Anyone who thinks God has chosen the USA as his favorite place is mistaken.

Obama insisted on being sweared in as the President of the United States as Barack Hussein Obama. If there is a problem with that name I must insist that you contact his office.

Can you give me some links or proof of your statement? Can anybody prove it one way or the other? I don't think so.

I did not mean it to be an insult. You misunderstood me. I just stated an opinion about what you said they said about the big wars. You may have misunderstood what they were trying to tell you all them years ago or just don't remember it correctly. No insult given and none should be perceived. My point is and was that when politicians use natural disasters as gods wrath in the way M Bachmann did is either lunacy or satanic. Sorry if you disagree RL but the woman is a basket case. We need to work together and try to get a candidate that CAN WIN and that could HELP AMERICA. Bachmann is not it.

I do not think that this kind of name-calling is detrimental to civil discussion. Would it be allright for me to call Obama, satanic or a lunatic? He may be anti-American but he knows what he is doing.

Whatever you may think of Michelle Bachmann, she is a far better candidate for the Presidency that the current President. She's not my first choice, but will get my vote if it's her against Obama.

It's not even a contest in my mind.

First I do think and was taught in school that God is a hands-off person hence we have free choice. God favors no one over another. As for Bachman being a better President than Obama is I beg to disagree and the votes will bear me out. She is far too radical for most American voters and says things that are just far out. $2.00 for gas?

OMG! You're kidding, right ??? The GOP might as well start preparing for 2016, if she'll be the choice in 2012...

Just saying.... She's certainly not my cup of tea

Hummm. Richie, I might just stay home if its between them two. I just hope for one of the many qualified members of the GOP to step up and soon. I think a republican would do a better job with the economy; however, I fear if we go so far to the right with Bachmann or Perry we will end up with other social problems worse than the recession because of their non inclusive views. Rather I like it or not, we have every kind of nut in the tool chest in America and they will be like oil and water to anyone slightly different from their hard right beliefs. As long as we are a moderate country, we need moderate leaders.

Of course she would do a better job then B.Hussein Obama. Forrest Gump would be my vote if it was between him and B. Hussein.

Do you mean to imply that Obama is main stream? Given his past associations Ayers, Wright, et al. I am just saying......

I am not very religious but I do believe that the day America bars "God" from our way of life we are heading for our destruction. As for religion when balancing good vs bad religion tips on the side of good much more prominently. Keep in mind every institution has had bad actors, schools, muncipalities, military, law enforcement , etc. We shouldn't judge them all by the acts of a few. We should however demand that those few be dealt with severely for their breach of trust
