I know many many people that have done 23andme dna analysis. All of the very very fair skinned people, blue eyes etc had at least (.4%) Sub-Saharan blood.

Doing the math, that is a LOT more than the required drop.

Actually, the .3% is ALL of that legacy, African, inferior DNA that's left over AFTER we evolved after LEAVING Africa.

Yes, there's still a little, old, useless, DNA left from our past when we were animals too.

We evolved into humans and they didn't. They were left as "cave men", exactly how we found them.

Financially? You are right, I am not a crook. Everything I have, I earned honestly and honorably. I have nothing in common with those two scumbags. I sincerely hope you do not either.
