I guess you don't read the news or watch TV or browse the Internet much. Palin had taken Obama from a huge lead to now being 5 points behind in the polls. Hopefully there are more Democrats who think she is nothing to worry about and will stay home on election day.

I guess you don't read the most recent polls that say Palin's popularity is down 10%. She was just a blip on the screen. Trust me, the Dems will be out in droves!

It appears that the Democrats need to counter with the Playmate of the Month as the VP candidate to get more media coverage.

I looked at all of the links provided. All I can say is context. They say that he was responding to an audience heckler about Hillary Clinton. Do I wish he hadn't "gushed" so effusively? Absolutely. Does he probably regret expressing himself that way? Sure. Do I think it means he is thinking about stepping down? No.
We all need to remember context. I know McCain was attempting to make a joke (a very, very bad one) when he sang "Bomb, bomb, bomb, bomb, bomb Iran." I know he really didn't mean we'd be in Iraq 100 years. There is context to consider. But, if Republicans want their people's words considered in context, Democrat's statements should also be considered in the same light.
Thank you for posting the links. I appreciate it.
