You'd be laughed out of the place if you suggested a drainage system that would handle 5 ft of rain within a week.
Remember it's YOUR money going to help all those climate deniers in Houston. Congress is going to shovel billions to people who wouldn't listen to the scientists who told them years ago Houston was a sitting duck and they needed to stop building on floodplains.

Yes...a wonderfully successful place...NOT!

America's futures and some can't wait.

Stop with your tunnel vision, only seeing what you want to see.
Yep that's a $hit hole...

I do enjoy the backdrop scenery while watching the Breaking Bad series.

Actually it is not our taxes paying for the largesse coming. Like the 16 year war it is just going on our grand kids tab, that way everyone is happy.

I was just listening to some Republican Clown Congressman talking about emergency relief funding to be voted on in the House as soon as Congress gets back to Washington.

It was also put on the screen that 22 Texan Representatives voted "NO" for emergency funding for the Superstorm Sandy disaster.

Well, it makes one wonder how the the memories are for New York and New Jersey Representatives.

Payback can be a bitch!
