I can't get past that either. The point I was making is that president's and congress dig deep into taxpayers pockets for their boondoggles. I am an equal employment complainer

Was this the same Texas Ranch where President Bush was handed the memo titled "Osama Bin Laden to attack US" on Aug 6, 2001 and he replied "Okay, you covered your a--" and went back to clearing brush? So much for his staff meetings.

FYI, all presidents travel with staff.
Very funny perspective that you have. Bush's trips to his own private ranch had nowhere near the expense of Obama's lavish trips, such as his current 4 Million Dollar jaunt to Hawaii, but I'm sure he appreciates your efforts in his defense. Did you send your $3.00 yet?

Happy New Year!

Well, to start off the new year, I got a good link that shows Junior Bush spent 5 times the amount of Pres. Obama taking Air Force One to Crawford. Why not accept the fact that the President travels on Air Force One and not Southwest Airlines? The major cost of your $4 million is the operating cost of Air Force One.

I would kind of like to know what the total overall cost was of Junior Bush's jet flight to the aircraft carrier when he declared "Mission Accomplished".

Read and enjoy.

Best wishes to you and yours in the New Year.

Of course you're not counting the money per trip, and you're not counting 8 years against 3. You're also not counting that the American People were in good economic times during 7+ years of the Bush Presidency and not in the economic doldrums that the country finds itself in now.

Did you send your $3.00 in yet Buggy?

Too bad the only thing you can criticize President Obama for is taking a vacation that cost you four million dollars. How about Bush's unnecessary Iraq war that cost you 800 billion or Bush's tax cuts that cost you 3.2 trillion, both of them unpaid for, as was his medicare part D. Sorry to confuse you with the facts.

You only mention 7+ years. What about the eighth year when the financial world collapsed and 750,000 jobs a month were being eliminated? He was still flying around on air force one.

I have things I could say about your comments, but it not what this thread was about. That tells me you've run out of arguments to support Obama' lavish worldwide vacation lifestyle. It's about time.

Everytime you have no comeback you want to change the subject.

I contributed $3.00 to President Obama in your name RichieLion which makes you eligible for a chance to win dinner with the president. Perhaps, if you win, he'll give you the penny back that you paid for his vacation.

I thought for sure that when you started about nothing to criticize President Obama that you would begin to recite how wonderful he has been, BUT.NOPE...you started with the always anticipated BUSH BASHING, which by the way is WORSE than what you falsely accuse RICHIE of....changing the subject. OH my bad..it IS what you accused him of only in this case it is truely changing the subject as you totally and completely ignored everything he said and just bashed our former President !

Your posts are just about the most predictable on here....NO FACTS...NO DISCUSSION.....A ONE WAY TRIP DOWN THE TALKING POINTS OF THIS ADMINISTRATION.

If you go back and read previous posts, you will see the subject is waste of taxpayers money. How can republicans continue to defend big spending politicians in their party year after year after year?

It's actually very sweet when "unconditional love" is evidenced. It nice wherever you can get it.
