Default So I Was Talking To This Progressive

So I was talking to this progressive and started out by saying "how you doing chief?" He immediately recoiled and said "you can't say that" Say what? "Chief" Why, I asked? Because its not only racist, its also a cultural appropriation. Haven't you been paying attention to what is going on in this nation with the gallant efforts to right wrongs by removing Confederate Statues, anything connected to the white racist Columbus and even Francis Scott Key? Well I...........he interrupted.

Chief is a term that was once exclusively belonging to the American Indians until the Pilgrims misappropriated it.
Today we find abuses with "Chief Executive or Operating Officers, "Chief of Police. Fire "Chief" Navy "Chief Petty Officer Kansas city Chiefs, and don't get me started on the Indian Braves or the Washington Redskins

Well, I asked do you suppose that when people, using your term appropriate, or mine adopted things as customs, foods titles that it may be a good thing because as they say "imitation is the best form of flattery".

Do you see the cultural appropriation of Italian, Mexican, French, German,.... customs, foods etc as a bad thing?

More to the point, when was the last time you ordered a pizza?

Well...last night. did you enjoy every slice of that cultural appropriation, pisano?

"So I was talking to this progressive and I ended by saying cultural appropriations ( adoptions of) is why America is called "the great melting pot"

Default So a Progressive Walks In To A Denmark Bar

So a leftist American woman travels abroad, to Denmark and walks into a bar.

At this point she notices that the man seated across from her is wearing a #MAGA hat which “triggers” the woman and sends her into a rage. As the woman’s anger escalates, one of the other patrons begins recording…

Julius Daugbjerg Bjerrekær was the man in the MAGA hat and he later uploaded the video to his YouTube account for all the world to see.

“An American woman wanted to sit at my table. I was wearing a MAGA cap. She became visibly angry with my presence, so my friend started recording her.”

The woman then let loose with an expletive laden flood of hatred.

“You’re doing this, like to the world,” she yelled. “What the fu** is wrong with people?” She continued by calling the man a horrible human being. “What is fu**ing wrong with you? You are a horrible human being. Horrible human being,”

As the woman finally gathered her belongings and began walking away, the man can be heard saying “Liberal tolerance at hand.” Quite a mild response to the vitriol that the woman was spewing, but it sparked her to another level of fury.

“I do not fu**ing tolerate fu**ing, fu**ing racist!” she yelled. “You’re a horrible fu**ing human being and I hope you go home and feel fu**ing ashamed of yourself!”

“For what?” the man asked almost begging the unhinged lunatic woman to continue her collapse into insanity.

“For fu**ing being a fu**ing racist you fu**ing human piece of sh**!” This concluded her rant, threw a drink at the man, and stormed out of the bar. As she left Bjerrekær can be heard calling after her, “I think that is definitely illegal there. You should stop that person! This is assault!”

The leftist American may have stormed out into the night, but the situation is far from over.

See, in Europe you do not have a right to simply spout your opinion wherever you please. Sadly, this American seems to have forgotten there is no First Amendment in Europe.

Nor do you have the “right” to throw a drink at a person.

The next day Bjerrekær decided to pursue legal action against the woman and the police are now investigating the situation as a “politically motivated hate crime.”

“We chose to take legal action the following day. A case has been opened and she will be charged with politically motivated assault (a hate crime). Political violence is never acceptable – no matter ones political affiliation.”

The woman faces stiff penalties for her physical and verbal assault on the man, because in Europe… there is no such thing as free speech, and the irony here couldn’t be more sweet.

You know why progressive act the way they do. They follow people who hate America. Saul Alinsky was one peddling his communist propaganda.

Another more current mentor and hero is Ta-Nehisi Coates author, journalist born and breed in Baltimore by radical parents/

He is highly regarded by progressive intelligentsia( that may be an oxymoron) His latest essay in The Altantic, basic claim, is that because the American public chose a president who is a white man with blond hair and blue eyes they were in fact asserting their claim of white supremacy. Ergo the claims of racist white supremacy etc.

It can't be that voters determined Obama was an awful president and did not care for his agenda. It can't be that even though he was elected twice ( ie given ample time to prove his worth) is proof enough that America is not racist.

It is no enough that in fact many voters knew before and/or following 4 years of disaster that "but for"the fact that Obama was black he never would have been elected the second time.

This promotion of racism by people like Coats or Sharpton is deep seated.

Miles Davis admission is telling, he said "if someone told me I only had one hour to live, I'd spend it choking a white man to death."I'd do it nice and slow"

You left out one of the left's favorites, George Soros. A cockroach that hides in the shadows and spreads his disease of hatred throughout our country. A war criminal that turned on his own people and has no conscience about it.

He's just the scapegoat...the sacrificial lamb thrown out there to be torn up... While the REAL players go about their evil deeds undetected and unknown. Kind of like our president.

The destruction of white culture and the white race is much bigger than one man.

George Soros footprint is large in the movement to sow American discord and discontent.
However, you are right that there are many more fathers that can claim paternity

And you are right about Trump. all the guy has been trying to do is make deals pass legislation ,tell the truth about how flawed and corrupt government is and work with GOP on their platform. But all gets essentially is the same phrase "Trump sucks"..what's a serious president suppose to do?

George Soros is a WAR CRIMINAL? Which war would that be? World War II?

If it is WWII then you have been had...George Soros was born in 1930, in 1944 he would have been 14.

And yet there are pictures of someone in a Nazi Uniform with the caption George Soros.

This not the first time that someone on this site has claimed he was a Nazi.

George Soros wasn't even involved in Politics until GW Bush started the Iraq war...he opposed that action.

To put this in perspective the right have the Koch Brothers and the left has Soros.

Did you read the post or just jumped to conclusions? I said he was a war criminal, which is true. Yes, he was a teenager. Guess what? So are most of our soldiers in combat. Soros worked WITH the Nazis ratting out his own Jews in the community and their property. Try using a search engine and you can get the REAL information instead of liberal, left wing propaganda put out by Soros, inc. It is interesting how many on the left that have so little pride that they would defend a White Supremacist. Oh, and Soros and the Clintons are real good friends.

The Liberal canard of "Cultural Misappropriation" is high on my list of The Stupidest Things I Ever Heard Of." It is quite simply another Liberal move to dominate the behavior of the rest of us, along with forbidding us to use words that they declare taboo. The more they do this, the more they control.

You have to ask yourself, when and why did Oriental people become Asians? When and why did midgets become Little People? When and why did Black people become African-Americans? When and why did it become wrong for a person to wear an item of clothing or costume that was not characteristic of his ethnic background?

It's stupid to give in to the Liberals. Ignore the S.O.B.s.

If WE can't do things because it's part of "their culture"...well then it's ONLY FAIR that they can't use things that are part of OUR culture.

They can't use wheels, electricity, oil, most of the foods which were developed commercially by white people. No musical instruments...those are OURS. No sea travel, no air travel, no cars or buses either. No radio, no TV, no computers.

With the wide range of ages within The Villages, and with me at the upper end, it is entirely possible that I am old enough to be your dad.

I was a child during World War II, and I was old enough at the time to remember it. I lived in Dallas, Texas, where we had practice air raid blackouts with airplanes flying over the town dropping flares on the city as simulated bombs. I watched them out of my bedroom window. Most of the fathers in the neighborhood were either in the military or in defense manufacturing.

I went with my mother to her Civil Defense First Aid Training at night at the Junior High School and sat in the back of the room and listened to the descriptions of how mustard gas killed by searing the victim's lungs. When the instructor realized I was there he made me go sit in the hall until class was over. I remember rationing of gas, rubber, and a variety of foods. We had a Victory Garden in the back yard.

As an adult I served in the U.S. Army. I worked in local law enforcement. I worked in federal law enforcement at the seat of the federal government. I locked up criminals and protected Presidents.

Yes............I am old. And I've seen enough to now refuse to be manipulated by Liberals who want to tell me what I may and may not do or say. That is why I am such an avid supporter of the Constitution.

I turned 80 this month. I wear the years well, I think.
