It is illegal for Intelligence agencies to spy on American citizens within the borders of the U.S. Only the FBI is given permission to do so. Any U.S. citizens that become part of an Intelligence report from our Intelligence agencies, ie. CIA, DIA, NSA, etc. are annotated by code, not using Identifying names. There are only special circumstances when those U.S. citizens are unmasked. Any citizen incidental to an Intelligence report that is unmasked and leaked to NON-Cleared personal becomes a victim of a felony. The person that illegally perpetrates that violation can be charged with a federal crime.
I realize that most of you do not know anything about handling of classified information. That's why Hillary having classified on her personal computer was simply shrugged off. I have seen people fire and charged for way less.

Wow...you really need to read more and understand the job of the National Security Advisor...then read, and it is all over what the unmasking procedure involves...but most importantly you are assuming that's that are just not true or at least proven.
