You are too small to even imagine the big picture.

Glad the election is over.

What do you expect from a privileged, never accomplished anything, dependent elite?
CNM is one of those that believes in charity as long as someone else is being charitable. A model Liberal.

You need a pretty good figure to be a model Liberal. I'm impressed. Although I don't know who you are.

I am a first Generation American, my parents came here when they were young, mom 4 dad was 12, neither spoke english BUT you would never know. You would never know my grandparents did not speak english. First thing on their list LEARN ENGLISH. My dad is gone and mom was too young to remember how the process worked, or just can't remember (she's 97 I give her a pass) as to how they became citizens. My dad was in the Army. WW2, We had a good life my point is they did it right, they followed the law, they came through Ellis Island and they followed the law. My grandparents found work and followed the LAW.

My only worry is if WE travel, and they said people not being able to enter this country from countries that have been compromised, were does that leave us? This country has been Compromised! Can we not come home? If they ask you in customs what your religion is and you say Catholic are they going to say prove it. I guess we just do not know enough about what the proposals are. But not I am not against Tough immigration laws. If they had kids sounds terrible BUT I had 3 kids because I did NOT want 4 kids so the kids gotta GO too.

What are you talking about? Are you asking about our country or some other country? Are you worried about answering questions to get back into our country (USA) when you are a citizen? Haven't you ever traveled overseas before? It doesn't work like that and it would not work like that. You do not need a visa to get into our country if you are a returning citizen. I think you probably have been given a lot of bogus information by liberals to scare you. When they speak of strict vetting for immigration, they mean during the visa application process, before it is given out to those that wish to visit, work or stay in our country.

Having the luck to have been born a white male, I certainly had a head start in my middle-class upbringing...then worked hard up through the system for all my success.

Googling my real name and industry, the entire front page has my name and articles associated with it (I just tried it ).

Throwing out the LinkedIn references, that's still not too bad.

And exactly what is so bad about being 'dependent' on your own accomplishments...and savvy financial planning?

Compared to the other 96% of folks, yeah maybe it fits.

But having busted my a$$ to do so...leaves me with no regrets or guilt.

Strike five.

My tax attorney actually asked if I was fudging on what I give. To allay his concern, I showed him my charity spreadsheet. A number of those charities even get an automatic monthly deduction from my bank account.

His comment was... "that's a lot higher % than most of my clients."

Having voted for Reagan, H.W. and The Simpleton the first time for each (I thought they were the better candidate, until they showed their spots)...I am far from the partisan hack so many of you have shown to be.

So sorry, although I hate to burst your bubble on your flailings in the dark...I do have to admit to enjoying busting y'alls bigotry/racism/xenophobia/homophobia/misogyny/intolerance/hatefulness/etc..

"Having the luck to have been born a white male,.."

Sexist!

"I am far from the partisan hack so many of you have shown to be."

Right.....ha,ha, ha......sure.

Well, you responded to just about everyone else on here, like you were replying to only one. Interesting. Why use the "strike" thingy or are you going to leave us ALL if we don't comply?

You did surprise me when you stated that you are a male. Were you born a male physically or mentally? With today's PC regarding trannies or gender confused, we don't want to be misconstrued as being bigots. I was genuinely surprised that you are a male though. Have you been putting on like you are female, or is that your natural manner of writing? Just curious.

Okay so you're saying when I travel with my passport to France again in 2 years ,which France has been compromised, I would not have a problem reentering this country? Thank you for clueing that up! So many things have been said, it is hard to know what is true and what is not. I did not know they were only talking about Visa travel. Thanks (duh) makes more sense .

You are a very disturbed old woman. Again, I can not thank you enough for deciding to not live in The Villages.

There is a lot of misinformation put out during an election season. If I sounded impatient, disregard the harshness of my abrupt reply above. I have traveled overseas about half my life and sometimes I forget that there are a lot of folks that have hardly even left their home state, let alone traveled abroad. A good site to get information when you travel and travel warnings is the State.gov website. Enjoy your travel but be careful. And don't worry about returning. You won't have a bit of trouble if you have a valid American passport.

I don't know who you meant to address your reply to, but it wasn't me.
