I sometimes wonder how much this country would be different had JFK not been assassinated and he went ahead with the withdraw of our troops from Vietnam. In 1969 I dropped out of college, gave up my deferment and joined the Army. It's really hard to comprehend how much different things could of been. For one, 59,000 Americans wouldn't of been killed in action.

You are right - both are in poor taste, however the first one originally had the word idiot in it prior to being edited.

Thanks Ed! I will note though that my question was NOT about the content of the negitivities, but rather about the reaction to negatiity being 100% one-sided! Unfortunately, I got no real answers to my question, only part of my question being taken out of context for whatever the intended objective was!
