I HIGHLY recommend Amy L. Newsome, Inc. for Designer concrete coating of driveways, sidewalks, garages, patios, lanais, pools.

She did our driveway but we had a special design that WE wanted in the center.

Driveway & sidewalk were $1200.

We used Cost Less for our garage, lanai and patio. They do nice work but were very casual about their schedule. The pretty much showed up when they wanted. Our three day job ended up taking over two weeks. We were pleased with the results but never knew if or when they were coming to work.

We used Romaldo Painting for our driveway (2 car) and walk way and porch area. (We live in an Amarillo Ranch). He did a great job for $863. He was recommended to us by neighbors. I've seen their trailer around TV but no, I would not recommend them simply because of their unreliability.

We had our driveway done with an acrylic texture that resembles flagstones & our lanai was stained to match the pattern & color of the diagonal tiles in the house. We just bought a resale and the paint on the driveway is peeling. Does anybody know what it would cost to sandblast the old paint off and stain/seal about 850 sq feet?

My neighbor painted their driveway themselves. In time in began to peel. When we had our driveway stained by COST-LESS, the neighbor also had theirs re-done.

COST-LESS brought in an outside guy that used a grinder to take all paint off. They would not guarantee work until all paint was off. Memory says that costs them about $600 in addition to the staining or about $1/square foot. When I look at their driveway, the staining is beautiful, but in certain light conditions, I can see circular grind marks....

I do not know if there are options to grinding or if this grinder made mistakes, but the quality stain contractors will know....
