Default Garage Door Repair

Who do I call for a garage door repair? It's brand new home, but the damage is our fault. I can't find any information on who originally installed the door.

Home warranty can tell you who installed the door, and that would be my first call to repair damage.

Don't call ASAP. They cheated us, stole from us, and won't honor their warranty.

I've had no issues with the warranty department. They been great on the few things that I've needed done.

As I stated, this is not a warranty issue anyway. We damaged the door.

A lesson learned is to make sure that your garage door is all the way up before backing your car out.

Ryan O'Cull gets lots of kudos on TOTV. I haven't need him myself, but, sent a friend to him and they were very happy.

My neighbor ran into his with golf cart. Door wasn't up enough when he rode into it. Romac took care of it. There was someone online here yesterday selling the bottom panel for $25 because they replaced it with a vented one. FYI

Romac installed our door and opener, and their sticker with number is on the side of the opener. I too just backed out and my door wasn't all the way up. Could have been something as simple as cleaning the sensors to a malfunction with the remote or opener itself. Lesson leaned about making sure the door is all the way up. I'm calling Romac this week. 352-748-4575. Good luck!

We have used him several times and was here within a few hours. Very professional and cost was reasonable. 352-617-0522

Oh boy! I've been there! Don' have any suggestion for you, but can empathize with your feeling of "how in the heck did I do this?" Good luck!

Home warranty is taking care of all of our to do list items before the one year period ends. Romac was here today to resolve a garage door issue. Although a home inspector looked at our house, he did miss a few items that service people noticed when working at the house. We are very pleased with the efforts of everyone involved.

Default Garage door repair

Ro-Mac Garage Door Service replaced the broken spring on our 16-year old door.

They came when they said they'd be here. Technician Jesse was fast and professional. $225 parts and labor. Door works smoother and quieter than before. Happy customer here.

I'm beginning to wonder if this might be covered under warranty. Jenny goes to work at 3:45 am. she woke me up when this happened and I immediately assumed that she messed up somehow. When she got home I asked he what happened and she said, she pushed the button on the wall, got into the car, started it up and backed out. There should have been plenty of time for the door to open all the way. I'm thinking that it might have stuck or began to come back down after it went up. There is no way that there wasn't enough time for it to go all the way with the amount of time she takes to get into the car and start it up. When we first moved in we had an issue with the opener and they came out and replaced a part. I'm wondering if there might still be an issue with it.

Very well could be under warranty. I would for sure have the company that installed it come out and determine what the problem is. And at least let Home Warranty know about it. Good Luck.
