[QUOTE=Babmac;2373152]New here. Need to buy golf car. Is there wiggle room on prices foe new cars at villages golf cars?[/QUOT

Seems most will "deal" a bit, especially i you ask for extras, rather than straight cash off the price (since they don't, of course, pay the retail price for those extras you might want. MAKE SURE you ask the right questions. Bought brand new club car 3 months ago. They delivered it and exactly 10 days later was backing out off the drive and it stopped, dead, right in the street. None of the basics, plenty of gas, starter connections, yada yada all fine. Neighbors with some more advanced knowledge came over, but no luck. Call the dealer who is not in the actual Villages, but in Lady Lake. Less than two weeks old and of course warranted, had listened to the sales person how all was covered, however, we FAILED to ask every detailed question. They came and picked it up, called to say they have gone over everything in the 3 days they had it, and found it running perfectly !~ So, they brought it back and it has run fine ever since. Nothing was done to it, but we had a BILL for $160 to pick it up from the street where it had stopped and to bring it back and letting us know they found nothing wrong. So if you have a warranty be sure to ask the price you will be charge to transport the cart to the dealer for the service, or you might end up paying about $15 a mile ! ! And that is not covered by Club car !
