You get a certificate from pro shop - but if you want a plaque - just google - hole in one plaques. Many items are available.

There is a trophy shop on the left hand side of 301 on the way to Belleview. They will engrave the plaque with whatever you want. They are not expensive.

for what it's worth, the village's pro shops (championship courses) not only can order a plaque but it will have a picture of the hole where you made the hole in one. Includes coverage of all executive and championship courses. Not all businesses have these photos. Congratulations!!!!

I have had almost two dozen holes in one over the years. My wall is covered in plaques. I am especially proud of the one I got shooting through the Windmill. It was even harder than the Clown face.
