Yes, of course. And it was Warp Speed that spurred the vaccine and the release of it worldwide. Say what you will, based on political preference but to have this available within one year is amazing, whether credit is given or not. If you do not believe in competition and how it has effected the speed, and the idea of cutting red tape to get it done, then you are just ignoring the obvious.
