I think if you announced to the general populace that the bagel place in Colony Plaza had closed, the reaction of the vast majority would be, "There was a bagel place in Colony Plaza???" That had to have been the most under publicized joint in TVs --- the used book store across the parking lot got more ink. And even among those who knew the place existed, the hours were hazy at best. I hate to say this because of all the money that was put in by decent folks to open the two restaurants, but the bagel joint and it's predecessor, the Mexican place, were textbook examples of mistakes.

Of course, a lot of Villagers, when hearing the statement above, would say, "What's Colony Plaza???" With nothing of consequence south of 466A, the complex gets relatively little traffic. In a couple years, 466A will be as busy as 466 and will draw quite a few restaurants.

Before Wallyworld, 466 wasn't so hot. (And, the 466 Wallyworld, tho twice as nice and much newer, can't hold a candle to the 441 Wallyworld's customer traffic.)
