Even though I agree with kar guy about geting some up to date music, I still like my motown songs. The 60s were for me and I like hearing those songs all the time. So my choice is motown first then lets rock with some current stuff. Thanks

Yeah  Nice to see there's another Motown fan! I grew up listening to Motown, since I lived near Detroit.

I would love Big Band music in the Square! I'm not a Villager yet, but am planning on another preview trip in a couple of months. And I am also counting on being a Villager by Fall of 2008. Gotta sell a hosue first but I think that will happen in late spring or early summer. I am ever the optimist.

I don't think I'd even show up in the first place. Guess they're good but I never understood that type of music. Give me a latin band anytime and I'll go crazy :yikes:

KISS at the square. How great that would be. Rock music lives. You do not need to understand it, all you need to do is feel it. Take care kar guy

I'll opt for big band and swing music also. R/R is okay but it all sounds alike even
when I was a kid.

Why not all kinds of music on a rotating schedule - Big Band, Jazz, Rock, Latin, Country, etc. Mix it up at the 2 town squares. I like the current music but variety is so much more fun!
