Agree with you except for, "End of story".
Believe it is only the end of the prologue. More to come, I'm sure.

I was bitten on my arm by a small yorkie about 3 weeks ago. (Not in TV). Very painful. Went to urgent care, got a tetanus shot, wound cleaned, oral antibiotics. And filled out a police report. The dog owner is my neighbor and was very helpful in getting rabies records etc. she has also been bringing over desserts every night— I’m sure she’s afraid I’ll sue. Which I won’t. But I feel so very bad for the yorkie who is very aggressive and has never been socialized. My neighbor had already bought him a muzzle (which means she knew he would do something like this.) Life will probably not end well for this yorkie and that is tragic imho….even though my arm still hurts like h***.

If anyone can please provide me with any additional information on these two men it would be appreciated. I am told that if I need medical attention I will need to file a police report and they will want the owners information.

The owner of the Dog should be arrested and charged with leaving the scene of a dog attack. His dog should be put down. He should be banned from The Villages.

We have that plaque in our home when you first walk in.

You want to find your friend, do a Google search. You can find homes in The Villages where a Jack and Janice both reside. Google - Jack and Janice The villages Florida. Try it first with your names and you will see how easy this works. Provide your findings to law enforcement and they will do the follow up.
Sometimes you need to be your own detective 🙂

Default Go to the doctor

Who told to you that you will need to file a police report? If it was a doctor's office, that is one thing. If it were me I would make the doctor tell me "no". One option is to try an Urgent Care TODAY.

Chances are very good the dog has had his rabies shot. Most villagers are very good about their pet's health. But if you can't find this fool, you will need a series if rabies shots. I am not a doctor, but we lived in a suburb of Savannah, GA, in 2006, when a pit bull mix attacked our Beagle, Montego, while we were on our daily walk. It was a horrifying experience. Fortunately the owner took his dog to the same vet as us and the dog was up to date on his rabies shot. We were very fortunate in that the man who owned the dog paid ALL of the vet bills. Montego came out of this with alot of stitches, a cone and a dislike for big dogs, but otherwise she was fine.

It tell this story b/c you really need to go to a doctor. Even if you find out the dog is up to date on his or her rabies shot, you will probably need a tetnus shot if you haven't had one in 10 years (I believe that is the magic number). The wound will also need to be cleaned or you could get a nasty infection.

With all of this said, the pictures are great. Hopefully someone will recognize the coward. You may want to go to a couple of vets offices. They may recognize the fool and his dog. Good luck!!!!

There’s a whole lot to the story that’s missing. I’m calling BS.

I agree. Too much of the story is missing. You got to love the guy who drove around looking for the getaway drivers golf cart. He is 90% sure he found the scoundrel, lol.

You are way off. The person left the scene without giving his contact information.

Hard to tell from photo. I was bitten by a black lab that got out of his invisible fence and came exploring. (Happened in Wa st.). I was working in the yard and had a rope in my hand. When Max saw the rope he got excited and wanted to play tug-of-war. Caught me by surprise and bit my hand pretty well. Lots of blood and torn skin. Called Max's owner and when she saw my bloody hand she was shocked that her sweet Max could do something like that. Told her don't worry worry. Max is just young and overly friendly and could someone even if he is just playing, so if she is going to let him out in the yard be watching him very closely to be sure he doesn't get out again. Max brought me some homemade cookies as an apology later. Max bakes great cookies and we became friends.
Moral of my experience is even nice dogs can hurt people. Owners need to be always aware of where their dog is and what they are doing and be prepared for when/if the unthinkable finally happens.

What a terrible experience for you. I hope you find this guy. I can’t stand people who don’t take responsibility for their pets.
