No, his initial response was most certainly NOT responding to any sort of racisim nor hatred...

OK, here's an idea. Let's get this thread back on track----A man bitten by a dog whose lowlife owner left the scene, so now the victim has to worry about the "immunization status" of the dog. I hope by now the victim has received medical attention and is on appropriate prophylactic antibiotics. I also hope the owner and dog have been identified and proof of rabies vaccination has been provided. I'm sure the community would appreciate an update.

It DOESN'T belong on this post...at all...just like many of his post...yet the monitors never remove his. Maybe we have bigger problems

Well, that's no apology, you say to all except the one you threw shade to...sounds very immature to me. Like he/she can help where he came from. He didn't cause 9/11 and all its pain. Sure hope you are not German.

Default Looking up on Tax Records

The owner and equally nasty friend tried to drive off without giving me any information about the dog or himself. However they were photo captured by witnesses. The cart is a Grayish Yellow (NYS4) Yamaha with the names Janice and Jack on the front.

If anyone can please provide me with any additional information on these two men it would be appreciated. I am told that if I need medical attention I will need to file a police report and they will want the owners information.

You can Private Message me through the TOV site.

Thank you.
What county is the dog park & surrounding area? You could look up tax records and try to find them.

Janice is not such a common name. Here is Sumter County. No Jack but what is that a nickname for? Maybe send them a nice note asking for rabies shot info?

Just a thought…

No, the "except one" was not directed to the member who wants Halal food, to him/her was intended the sincere apology. I think everyone else can figure out who "the one" was quite easily, but I dare not say what I now think of that person whose posts I admired at first.

PS: Objecting to a post for which I already apologized for which may have been insulting to the Arabic/Muslim community by adding "I hope you're not German" kind of forfeits your moral high ground, don't you think?????

But I feel so very bad for the yorkie who is very aggressive and has never been socialized. My neighbor had already bought him a muzzle (which means she knew he would do something like this.) Life will probably not end well for this yorkie and that is tragic imho….even though my arm still hurts like h***.
So thinking the neighbors dog should be put down cause it broke you’re skin. Maybe you was at fault approaching the dog?

Not saying this was you’re problem?

Lot people don’t understand don’t approach strange dogs on leash with owners or in their home. Any terrier’s have sharp teeth and can open up wound when playing. Some people have rescued dogs that has been abused and they don’t trust strangers. So, just cause it’s small and cute don’t mean can approach it with hand out. If so may be bitten.

True, but I don't think the point of this thread (originally, before it took a side excursion) was that bites happen at a dog park. It was the owner slinking off without giving the information the victim needed. I leave it to the lawyers to debate if that action is criminal or not, clearly, the owner is civilly liable.

What you say here vs what you originally said in your apology, well is very ambiguous, but I will give you the benefit of the doubt.
Regarding your ps , obviously I was not being prejudice, or having any high ground, as you tried to twist what I said. (Btw- that's done by you allot, js)
I was actually trying to drive home the point of the hated leader does not mean all are bad....but you knew that and yet you tried to twist to soften your original pour judgement.
