Well, he wasn't exceeding the speed limit. In fact, he was taking a short break on his way to the Manatee Rec Center pool traveling on Hillsborough this evening at around 5:30 P.M.

Imagine on a bike, walking, golf cart and suddenly seeing it. Beware of everything. Aside, an alligator is far faster that it looks.
