That underlined part? That is your supposition. You are incorrect. However YOU think it appears - you are wrong. What's worse, is you then - in a subsequent post, added a 7-11 and Shooter's World as OTHER exceptions, proving your own previous post wrong. And yes they are both also golf-cart accessible, and the property isn't owned by The Villages.

The other strip malls are on properties owned by The Villages. You could've just looked it up with a google search "who owns trailwinds plaza the villages" etc.

Thank you for including my entire post where I also wrote that there was only one other breach I was aware of. No goalposts moved, you just read too quickly and overlooked my meaning.

I forgot about the path to Shooter’s World and the 7-Eleven was not there when the path was put in. But hey, look at that, according to Sumter County records the property IS owned by the Developer so that is NOT a breach.

On the other hand, Trailwinds Village property is NOT owned by the Developer (at least not in a recognizable name).
