I agree with your assessment except to say I thought the holograms looked even more “real” than the musicians on stage. I was in the fourth row and was blown away the entire program!

You realize of course the image was not Roy nor Buddy but a band member recorded earlier. Fun entertainment but done with smoke and mirrors.

Glad you pointed this out. I hate when people put their phone above their head at a concert and record/snap, when I'm sitting behind. They usually do it at the best parts too.

I didn't do that. I held the phone vertically, not horizontal, in front of my face. No one behind me could see my phone. Before I put the video on YouTube, I edited it by chopping off the bottom, where you would see the people in front of me, and some of the top.
