It is easy to find a clean McDonalds or any other eating establishment that you can see the cooking/food prep area.

Also remember that when you ask for the McDonalds manager you are getting someone who is a couple of dollars above the rest of the gang.

Places like Colony McDonalds, there is no excuse for what was found. Derelict and incompetent owner and manager.

Just like there is no secret to having a successful restaurant there is most assuredly no secret to keeping the place clean......NONE!!!

As for them being busy again after the fact....just shows convenience is the priority over cleanliness!

Smile Mcdonald's was really good

Hi:

I just wanted to say that I visited McDonald's yesterday, the first time since they were closed down. The place was spotless and they seemed to be operating very efficiently. The food was hot, the fish sandwich was great as well as the fries cooked in clean oil. I was very impressed!

Similar to my recent experience.

Default good

If you were to waste some time and go back into my past posts you'd see that I ripped the MCD's at Colony in the past.
It is beyond words and without a doubt the laziest, most incompetent group of people I've ever seen.
I recall writing about waiting for 20 minutes for two burgers and the place was empty with fifteen workers on the other side of the counter.
Good! They should knock it down and salt the earth around it.
But then again maybe we should just give them 15.00 an hour.

and yes I did complain and yes I did contact McDonalds

Good to hear! Let's hope it continues. My grandson loves it when we take the golf cart through the drive-in window. He thinks it's cool!
