The messenger has been shot in this thread. Seems to me a person WOULD be angry after being "shot", while the message containing "why is TV and community watch etc. not doing anything about the eyesore" is being ignored.
I don't agree with posting the address either, but the "anger" on the side attacking the o.p. is just as bad. |

This thread is a good example of "pilling on".

Yep, too many pills can make a person not be themselves.

People who don't know a thing about the history of these owners.
Live near this house and it is a complete junkyard. Whole neighborhood is fed up with it. People choose to live here to escape this kind of mess. If you want your yard to look like this move out... |

I moved from the neighborhood a year ago but still drive by this house. Plus my old neighborhood friends give me updates.
Yes, they have made many complaints and the deed compliance has been notified. I'll ask next time I see an old neighbor what if anything has been done. I'm like Mickey, I drive by and don't see any change. As a matter of fact, more has been added like a big old wooden something-maybe back of a big chair in the pile of mess that is built up in the front yard. There are blocks all over, stuff (decorations) on the shutters and porch. I totally believe in leaving people alone but this is over the top. Leaving for dinner so leaving totv. |

I checked before using. It is "pile-ing".

The district is obliged to enforce covenants and restrictions. If they don't, sue them.

A picture is worth a thousand words. Maybe someone could post a pic so all of us can see it????

![]() You bet they are. That's how I respond when I'm attacked ... which I was. The topic wasn't addressed. Instead, I was under attack. I'm not one to back down when I'm attacked. Nor am I typically an angry person. For those of you who don't want me as a (potential) neighbor, tough. IF I ultimately decide TV is for me, I will move here. You and I don't have to speak or meet. You can be assured, however, that I WILL follow deed compliance regs and all other regs/rules/laws I won't have a negative impact on your property values.

It may not be appropriate to shoot the messenger, but they may need to be worked over a bit. I am constantly amazed the homes are as well kept as they are. In a town of 80+ thousand people, some of whom are part timers, some yards will need attention.

Yes. Take a picture and let us decide if it is crummy. Although that would be embarassing to the owners too. So don't.
One of the posters on this thread sure sounds like an old pal of mine who just loves me to pieces. ![]() NOthing can be gained by being mean. NOTHING. Play nice.

One picture worth a 1000 words right? I cannot believe if the violiation is a Flagrant one as per TV rules why it has developed into this?
Although my friend in Spansih Springs had to endure an sad situition. An alcholic neighbor holed up inside his house. Stange cars and people coming and going all times of the day and evening. Lawn dead full of weeds. Garbage piled up in the garage for almost two years. Many police visits. Guess it got worked out as this year when I visited it looked much nicer . But I remember it was upsetting to the neighborhood. |
