Pickleball Got Me Today...
My first full day back in TV and I went to play Pickelball with the wife. 5 minutes into our 2nd game, I felt something "pop" in my right arch, close to the heel...
I knew what it was right away. A partial tear in my Plantar Fascia... I tired to finish the game, but I had to quit... I popped a handful of Motrin, and I've spent the afternoon with and ice bag on my heel and the foot elevated. No sign or bruising or swelling (which is good), but it hurts like a sumbich when I first get up to walk... I had to cancel our golf game this afternoon... I could have sworn someone said that Pickelball was better than golf... Hopefully, I'll be able to play golf when my daughter and son in law arrive tomorrow evening. We have a tee-time at Evans Prairie on Wednesday... Well, at least I'll be able to take the cart...

Florida Musculoskeletal in lake Sumter Landing Dr. Weber, have him take a look I have been very pleased with his services. I have potentially bad knees, was advised to avoid all sports with high impact to knees, I have followed the advice, I golf and bowl, and knees are working fine.

Sounds like Plantar Fasciitis. I froze a 16 oz water bottle and while you are sitting around roll it back and forth on the bottom of your foot. Plantar Fasciitis does not go away real quick. It took me months to get rid of it. Good Luck:
