I like your post, however, we aren't talking about walking into a bank or a grocery store. This is about a car on the road acting in a way that could cause an accident resulting in injury.

Glad your dog is okay...not real excited that you think you can turn all your lights on and pretend you're an ambulance....anyone that does that is beyond naive and no you do not have the right to do so....or speed for that reason.
