This is your prediction of what the jury will do - not what you want the jury to do.

The choices are

Guilty on all counts
Guilty on some counts
Not guilty
Hung jury

Do you even live with yourself. The ones who should go to jail are the rioters. THEY should not have been there. I would hire this kid tomorrow. Why is it HE made a mistake but not all the scummy looters?

He was a good Samaritan/hero that had the misfortune of having to put down a couple animals that made the mistake of attacking him. He was running away, but they insisted on pursuing him, probably to steal his rifle from him and take his life. If he was in Florida he would not have had to run, due to the Stand your ground law.
Not sure how the verdict will go, but if I was on the jury he would be NOT GUILTY.

Sorry, I just don't see the need.

The MSM media which clearly lacks integrity and ethics rarely if ever acknowledges they got it wrong which amounts to a good deal of the time because they have an agenda.

"Nicholas Sandmann tweeted Friday he reached a settlement in his $250 million defamation lawsuit against the Washington Post — on his 18th birthday. Nobody divulged the payout.

“Today, I turned 18 & WaPo settled my lawsuit. … Thanks to my family & millions of you who have stood your ground by supporting me. I still have more to do,” Sandmann stated in a tweet. The “more to do” are similar lawsuits against Gannett, ABC, CBS, the New York Times and Rolling Stone, the Washington Post reported."

Default Tragic Story

No matter what the verdict is, he’s going to have to live for the rest of his life knowing he killed 2 people regardless of who’s fault it was. He will replay over and over in his mind if I just had not gone there. If I had just got back in my car.

It was not his job to go into a riot with a gun. He wasn’t law enforcement who is trained for these situations. He is just a kid who made a tragic decision that will affect him and his family and the people that died and there families for the rest of all their lives.

His verdict will be a self made prison with a life sentence.

Very sad…

As I was saying.

"Nicholas Sandmann agreed to settle with the Post because the Post was quick to publish the whole truth—through its follow-up coverage and editor's notes," Sandmann's attorney, Todd McMurtry, said in an email.

He murdered 2 people I do not consider that a mistake. He is now a thug. Hire him? So he can make terrible decisions.
He needs to go to jail.

I would really like to think that your prediction is correct, but I believe his acquittal will not only embolden and encourage others to play vigilante/hero wannabe - but that he will also celebrate getting away with it. Sad, just sad.

Fortunately he is not 19. We don't need a murderer living with us. That would be an awful scenario having him here.

Wrong again!

In self defense he killed two thugs attempting to murder him.
