So - he'll have to live with knowing that he is "THAT GUY" for the rest of his life. If he doesn't like it, he could just plead guilty on all counts, GO to jail, where he can live the rest of his life in relative anonymity.

He might get a suspended sentence for a minor in possession but not guilty on all other charges.

Dam, it’s a good thing making stupid decisions is not a crime. If it was, most of us, including myself, would be incarcerated for life.

IF there is justice in this country, he will be found NOT GUILTY on ALL counts.
Why do you think he will become a cop or a fireman?

Know anything about his background?

Truthfully, after going through all this, I would not blame him if he gave up on trying to be a good citizen for the community.

This is your prediction of what the jury will do - not what you want the jury to do.

The choices are

Guilty on all counts
Guilty on some counts
Not guilty
Hung jury
Hung jury then mistrial with prejudice.

Wisconsin is weird that way. You are considered an adult at 17 for criminal charging, but still have to abide by the under 18 rules.

Not a lawyer, but burden of proof is much more easier for the "victims" and they could win. Even if they win, no money to collect. Rittenhouse did not even have a drivers license.
