This past year there have very few sightings of kids strapped into golf bag areas. Carts with under age kids driving reckless on paths. Babies in cart baskets. 8 yo drivers while Grandparents are snapping pics.
At least in 6 passenger carts, parents seem to hold their child’s life at a higher standard by not letting 10 year olds drive.

Exactly. The FROGS don't take responsibility for anything.

People don’t read signs, have seen how many ignore stop signs

Posts? Can't do that; you might kill a drunk in a golf cart.

I have seen very few automobile or cart drivers truly ignore stop signs.

I have seen more ignore traffic signals though I really can't say for sure whether they ignored them or reacted to them by accelerating.

What a dolt! How do they pass the driving test? This has happened more than once. Everything is clearly marked and they have to run over a divider!

Default GPS said so

I was a locomotive engineer for many years before I had to go out on disability. I can't tell you how many times I heard about cars being stuck on the tracks after they made a turn to head down the tracks at a road crossing. I was waved down a couple of times for this reason, luckily I never hit any of the cars. My thought is that their GPS says to make a turn and they do it no matter where it takes them.

Could be. Question: Did these incidents only occur in the Waze/GPS navigation era or did they also occur previously?

They had concrete posts and some idiot in a cart hit it and then tried to sue village for his stupidity of running into it

Most drivers in TV passed their driving tests 40 or 50 years ago.
