Why do the clown carts think they can drive on streets where carts are not allowed? Even if street legal, they cannot go over 25, cannot drive in the left lane, and cannot be on (or cross) roads with a speed limit over 35 (44, 466, 466a, etc). Yet, they do it all the time.
Maybe it's the "I'm parking in he middle of this space" mentality?

A licensed LSV *can* cross the streets you mention.

A non-LSV golf cart *cannot* cross a street with a speed limit greater than 30mph.

I have seen more ignore traffic signals though I really can't say for sure whether they ignored them or reacted to them by accelerating.

Once while waiting for Citizens Bank to open, I counted 18 cars in a row that didn't stop at the stop sign before pulling out on Warm Springs. About half of them didn't even pause slightly.

We have been both rearended and had tires squealing to stop behind us because they didn't expect us to stop at a stop sign in our golf cart.
