I found different brand on Amazon, but it said that it was for textiles and would come off when washed.

I don't think I'd be interested if I had to constantly re-apply it.

I found the Volvo ad. Unfortunately, it does say that it washes off and needs to be re-applied weekly.

Type in "reflective paint" into Goggle, and you will many options for permanent reflective paint options. I did not have time to look at all of these. You will also find references to reflective tapes and other options.
