The title of the thread was a huge give away, not hard at all . . .

Default Lady Lake

The closest supercharger is in Lady Lake. But you will do almost all of your charging at home. The superchargers are used on long trips to charge quickly, usually around 15 minutes per stop.

There’s another Tesla supercharger being constructed in Okahumpka rest area on turnpike.

Google the lady lake Tesla Supercharger. It’s a V3 so it’s super fast. You can always go to the Tesla website and there are a ton of them all over the US. It’s never been an issue for me finding them. The car will also display them on the screen.

I don’t understand all the hostility toward people that want to help the planet here. I keep seeing these kind of Replies when discussing gas versus battery. I own a Tesla and it’s the best car I’ve ever own. I also own an Evolution lithium battery golf cart and it’s also fantastic. To answer your question see this link. Fact Sheet | Fossil Fuel Subsidies: A Closer Look at Tax Breaks and Societal Costs | White Papers | EESI

Fact is there isn’t a reason now that there are Lithium batteries not to own an Electric vehicle or golf cart. They require a lot less maintenance, last a whole lot longer and don’t contribute to the green house affect and climate change. If you don’t believe in science, believe in common sense. Try driving one and you’ll see. They are better in every way. Faster, quieter, maintenance free can be charged at home so you alway have a full tank the next morning etc. the prices are also coming down so they are affordable.

Yes - feel good about your electric car. Don’t worry about the 6 Year old mining the cobalt in the Congo for the battery.

What part of contaminating ground water and blowing up mountains to get lithium for batteries is good for the planet? And this is from The NY Times, not the most conservative source
Lithium Mining Projects May Not Be Green Friendly - The New York Times

Here’s a thoroughly modern riddle: what links the battery in your smartphone with a dead yak floating down a Tibetan river? The answer is lithium – the reactive alkali metal that powers our phones, tablets, laptops and electric cars.

In the case of cobalt, 60% of the world’s supply comes from the Democratic Republic of the Congo where large numbers of unregulated mines use children as young as seven as miners.

such a simple question (and yes the OP should have been able to figure it out by themselves)..but once again
an OP gets pounced upon by a few people that seem to enjoy 'putting people down' that aren't an exact duplicate of
themselves

thankfully the overwhelming majority of people in TV welcome newcomers and gladly help them get orientated to life in the villages

No, the title of the post simply said "Tesla Car Charging Stations"...

Maybe he was asking for a friend who was visiting?

Wrong. Gas taxes pay for roads/bridges. Oil industry pays billions in leases to the Gov plus more billions in payroll taxes.

Elec cars use roads without paying maintenance

For me, the strongest argument against spending taxpayer money to "help the planet" is that other countries are doing nothing. And, when people who have several houses and a private jet promote energy conservation, it's laughable.

That’s right I forgot oil never pollutes. What was I thinking. I forgot all the oil wells that spill millions or gallons of oil a year into the sea or by products going into the air. Silly me. There isn’t a perfect solution but solar power is getting closer. You need the batteries to store the Electricity as of right now is you produce it and what ever isn’t consumed is lost. Your point of a 6 year old working, it’s tragic but don’t wear anything as most are made by minors in 3rd world countries.

Straw man argument...

No one said oil doesn't pollute...

As to your "don't wear anything made by minors in 3rd world countries" goes... Own any Nike products?
