Default Want a pizza!

Does anyone have info on the Pauly's Pizza that recently closed? It was located near Crispers (County road 101 & 466) and supposedly was to open again soon in a larger and different location. Their thin crust w/veggies pizza was REALLY good.

It is my understanding they are a separate entity from the Pauly's in Spanish Springs. They have no info they are willing to share.

Default Oh my.

Many of you know me as a total lover of TV.

That is not completly so.

There is a fly in the ointment.

I cannot find a good pizza here.

Like La Rosa's in Cincinnati.

Gracie, when you do please share with everyone. Moving to The Villages from 3.5 years in Italy we will be going through withdrawals for a good thin crusted pizza from a wood burning oven...

I like Little Joey's pizza pretty well.
Not like the streets of New York City, of course.

Good luck. I've been searching for pizza like I had in many places in Italy for many years. No luck. Everyone who lived in Italy knows what I'm talking about but nobody seems to be able to make it. I heard it's because of the water buffalo mozzeralla cheese they use in Italy, but who knows?
It isn't NY style, it isn't any style I've had in the U.S. but it's something I got used to and really like.

You won't get pizza from a wood burning oven anywhere in the GOOD OLD USA.

I also like thin crust pizza and there was a place in NJ named Pete @ Eldas in neptune city which has great thin crust. The closest to that one here is the pizza at Cane Garden.
