I doubt you’ll get jail time if you dump a bag on occasion

This is one of the perks I miss of living in New York.
There you could get rid of your garbage any time or day of the week.
All you had to do was gift wrap it leave it on the street and within second someone would come along and steal it.

Postal station is for paper only not food trash but asking a neighbor is a good idea. They help you, you help them, makes for a good neighbor.

Paper only? What is your source for this information? Please provide a link.

And there's always ample room in the dumpster.
I occasionally see people disposing of their garbage bags in rec center dumpsters and always wondered why anyone would do that when we have garbage pickup twice a week. Now I know.

Postal station is paper only and NO DOG POOP. The pick ups there must be less frequent and they do not want critters or bad smells. Makea sense.

I have seen a few signs about no dog poop, but nothing about "paper only". Do you have a source for this information? My postal station says nothing about what you can and cannot dispose of.

My wife tried leaving ME at a public dumpster, but the kindly Community Service people brought me back.
