Judgement should always be held back when a teen is involved. So many times they fabricate stories for one reason or another. Not saying that it applies to this case but it could and I feel sorry for him if in fact it was fabricated as he will never be completely exonerated if that is the case. If he's guilty, maximum everything is in order for his crime, he would not do well in prison.

I did not know her, the kid was not mine. In the end it was an error by CHILD PROTECTION SERVICE and my BANK. My bank wanted to charge me LEGAL EXPENSES. Child protection services asked me for a copy of my SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER so they could straighten it out. I had the name of the damn fool who asked for that. I told her she should send me her's and I would send her mine-SHE HUNG UP. In the end, after getting this all corrected, I INSISTED ON AN APOLOGY LETTER FROM THE BANK PRESIDENT AND CHILD PROTECTION SERVICES signed by each person involved. I STILL HAVE THAT-IT IS A TROPHY.

We have allowed ZEALOTS in such well intentioned groups WITH FAR TOO MUCH UNCONTROLLED POWER, to become monsters.

In the mentioned event-ASSUMING THE GUY IS INNOCENT-he will not be able to sue the news source as they like CHILD PROTECTION SERVICES have become or have always been too powerful. The solution-unfortunately there is no easy one. The press is protected under freedom of the press-TO SUE THEM IS A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.

I am really sorry I said what I did about castration. However it was an extremely upsetting situation reported. I hope he is innocent.

There was a teen in our neighborhood who accused one of her teachers, her sisters husband and father in law of molestation. I doubted that all of them could be guilty and they were not. There is real incest sadly, so any of these things reported is possible. I am always skeptical of a very wealthy, high profile man being accused of something sexual because I think then it is often about the money. The principal of our elementary school killed himself after impregnating a 12 year old student.

It is so hard not to react emotionally to the reporting of such incidents. Some ARE true, sadly.

These reports often do not go into the evidence involved with respect to backing up the competing stories if there are these. We do not know as far as I can tell if this man is even denying the girl's accusations.

Are we ever going to know the entire story? Obviously, this is not going to do anything for his standing in his neighborhood or within his circle of friends.

He may be guilty as sin; the teen age girl may be lying; only they know.

Actually doubt if he would have been arrested without more evidence than just the girl's word. The cops would not want to open themselves up to a lawsuit which would result if there were nothing to these accusations. This kind of arrest does a great deal of damage to a person's reputation throughout the local community. The local cops seem pretty much on the ball IMHO. Well trained and very good with community relations.

I am not saying he did it just that there is probably evidence suggesting he did. I am extremely well aware of bureaucrats who overstep their authority for any variety of reasons but we have not heard that much of this being a problem in Sumter County.

anyone who knows how to pay the water bill can find any villagers home address. If the name is posted in any Villages news, its a conviction.
