From this morning's newspaper - The Developer pulled permits to build 1,586 homes for the 12 months ended Dec. 21 in the Sumter County section of The Villages, representing a 93 percent increase over the number of permits the division issued in 2016.

The 93 percent increase should not come as a surprise as the Developer was concentrating on building houses in the Fruitland Park area and not Sumter County during 2016. Construction of new houses in the Fenney, Sumter County/WIldwood area didn’t start until November of 2016

I am plannng a golf cart caravan to Disney in 2028 as all the cart paths to the Magic Kingdom should be completed. We will overnight halfway at The Villages Hilton just east of Clermont. Looking for input as to how many cart path bathrooms will be needed along the way.

You, JG, are a visionary. To answer your question: As you plan for the number of bathrooms that will need to be built, it could be more cost effective if you look into the availability of existing hedges and trees along the route. Other than that for cost effectiveness, depends.

In a newly built home!

Build out is a myth. They told me build-out would end in 2010 and that was 8 years ago.

Almost all of us will never live to see a build-out date. IMHO
